Lemon pepper seasoning is made from a combination of black pepper,dried lemon zest, and salt. The best way to make homemade Lemon Pepper Chicken is with lemon zest (no juice!), black pepper, garlic, and olive oil. Simple, fragrant, and delicious.
1) 200g chicken
2) 1 tbsp olive oil
5) Olive Oil
6) Lemon zest
1) 20g cheese
2) 3 tbsp cream
3) 3 chopped garlic pods
6) 5g Spring Onions
1) Marinate chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil, pepper, salt, and lemon juice for 15 mins.
2) After marination fries them in oil.
3) Garnish it with 10g spring onions.
4) Enjoy with green chutney or cheese dip.
5) For dip – add cheese, 3 tbsp cream, chopped garlic pods, salt, pepper. Microwave for 30 secs.
6) Mix and add 5g chopped spring onions.
