Keto Weight-Loss Story Of Anuvrat Yadav

Here’s a keto weight-loss story that talks about Anuvrat Yadav, who started his keto journey with us about 5 months ago. Anuvrat is a 20-year-old Student from Ghaziabad who’s currently pursuing Civil Engineering.

His journey has been full of ups and downs. Let us take you to the beginning of how it all happened. Anuvrat’s father owns a Dairy Factory in Ghaziabad. Since his childhood, he has been eating dairy products on a daily basis. Growing up his love for food did not come any down but only grew. He used to binge eat Junk Food and was stuck on Soft Drinks. He seemed to be inseparable from unhealthy food items. 

What is “junk food”? Essentially any food that is highly processed, high in calories and low in nutrients is referred to as Junk Food. It is also usually high in added sugars, salt, and saturated or trans fats. Some evidence points to junk foods as being as addictive as alcohol and drugs. Eating a poor quality diet high in junk food is linked to a higher risk of obesity, insulin resistance and eventually Type 2 diabetes. And as you might expect, frequency matters when it comes to the impact of junk food on your health.

As a result, Anuvrat started putting on a lot of weight. Now what comes with putting on weight is Fat Shaming. His friends used to bully him, they used to call him by bad names and it used to make him really upset, of course, nobody wants or deserves to be treated that way. This had a huge effect on his studies too. He used to stress eat a lot due to the same. Things got worse, he stopped wearing Solid T-shirts because of having Chest Fat. He was really worried about how he looked and couldn’t understand what to do about it.

He stumbled on our Instagram and came to know about us. His mind was blown to see our client’s transformations and he decided to approach us.
