This keto diet journey talks about Rajnish Dhawan, a 36-years-old Banker from Toronto, Canada. He leads a very hectic schedule due to which he had become inactive and working out felt like a burden to him.

HIS JOURNEY

Rajnish being an NRI has worked hard to take his place in a new city away from his home. He has struggled his way through every trial and tribulations that came in his way. What he did not realize sooner was that his hard work left him with no time for himself.

Things were going almost fine for him until one day he realized something was wrong. Rajnish realized that his weight had gone up and he started trying new things to fix this. When things got out of control he started being anxious and stressed.

His weight was not coming down even after trying a lot of things altogether. No matter what he tried, nothing seemed to work out for him at all. He was very tensed and wanted to fix this but was clueless as to how to go about it.

THE AFTERMATH

Rajnish started to talk to his friends about this. He came across with some ways to fix his weight gain. But every way had its different complications. He tried his hands at all of them but guess what he couldn’t continue them for a long time because they weren’t sustainable.
