Manpreet decided to get on a path to become the best version of himself. This weight loss keto journey talks about Manpreet Singh Kapoor who decided to take a step towards a healthy and hearty life altogether. Manpreet Singh Kapoor is a 38-year-old engineer from New Delhi. He leads a lightly active lifestyle where he works out for at least an hour a day for 5 days a week.

HIS LIFESTYLE

Manpreet has been a big foodie all his life and it has been impossible for him to stay away from food, his never-ending love for butter chicken made it impossible for him to resist his cravings. Everything was going pretty well until started having a hard time at losing weight. He was regularly going to the gym but even after that, he wasn’t able to see any kind of results in his weight.
