This postpartum weight loss story talks about Polki, a 34-years-old Teacher from Delhi, India. She’s also a mother of a beautiful 2-year-old baby girl and we are fond of this perfect mother-daughter duo!


2 years ago she gave birth to her beautiful daughter and she was the happiest person on earth. Ever since her delivery, she started working again and took care of her baby girl at the same time. She thought that whatever weight she has gained postpartum will eventually go away.

But to her surprise, she started to gain a lot of weight instead of losing it. People told her that the weight will drop on its own gradually but that didn’t seem to happen at all. It wasn’t coming any down and it started to worry her more.
