Nivedita Samal decided to do just the same. This keto success story talks about Nivedita, who started her keto journey with us about 3 months ago. Nivedita is a 37-year-old Manager from Bangalore. She leads a lightly active lifestyle where she goes for a walk and works out for at least 20 minutes a day.
