This Lemon Butter Fish can be prepared using 2 ingredients in just 3 minutes and tastes exactly like restaurant one. Butter and lemon are the two major ingredients in this recipe. To be more specific It’s brown butter and lemon.

Ingredients:

LEMON BUTTER SAUCE:

30 g / 2 tbsp unsalted butter
0.5 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Pink Himalayan salt to taste and ¼ tsp finely ground pepper

CRISPY PAN FRIED FISH:

120 g skinless boneless fish
Pink Himalayan salt to taste
¼ tsp Pepper
1 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp oil
SERVING:
Lemon wedges
Finely chopped parsley, optional

Instructions

Lemon butter sauce :

Add the butter in a light-colored saucepan over medium heat.
Melt butter and keep whisking/stirring continuously.
Cook the butter for 3 minutes till it turns golden brown and smells nutty. Turn off the flame and pour into a small bowl.
Add 1/4 tsp lemon extract and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir then taste when it has cooled slightly. Adjust lemon/salt to taste.
Set aside for 20 – 30 minutes.

Crispy Pan-Fried Fish :

Pat fish dry using paper towels. Sprinkle pink Himalayan salt & pepper over it, then flour. Use fingers to spread flour. Turn and repeat. Remove excess flour off well.
Add oil to a pan and heat on a non-stick skillet over high flame. Add fish to the shimmering oil.
Remove immediately onto serving plates.
Drizzle each with about 1 tbsp of Sauce. Add parsley to garnish and serve with lemon on the side.
