1) Keto Dosa Mix
2) Water as required
3) 1 onion, chopped
4) 1 tomato, chopped
5) 1 cup finely chopped coriander
6) Green Chilli, chopped
7)Pink Himalayan salt as required
8) 1 tbsp ghee
How to make Keto Uttapam
Step 1. Take keto dosa mix in a bowl and pour some water into it. After adding water mix the batter well. Important note: Avoid adding too much water as the batter has to be thick enough to spread well.
Step 2. To the above batter add in chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chili, a bit of coriander, and pink Himalayan salt according to taste.
Step 3. Mix the batter well to get a uniform consistency.
Step 4. Heat a pan over the flame and add 1 tbsp of ghee into it. With the help of ladle pour uttapam batter into the pan. Use the wrong side of the ladle to spread the batter into a circular shape. Spread it clockwise to get the desired shape.
Step 5. Cook the uttapam on low flame for 2-3 minutes till that side turns golden brown. Now turn the uttapam and cook till done.
