Ingredients
  • 200 grams Paneer 
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Half Tsp Coriander Powder 
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Tumeric
  • Half Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter/Ghee 
  • Half Tsp Cumin Powder
  •  Coriander and Lemon for garnish
Recipe
  • Start by mixing the ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, turmeric, coriander & cumin powder and half of the melted butter/ghee together.
  • Slice paneer into bite-size pieces and mix with the paste
  • Heat the remaining ghee/butter/oil in the pan
  • Saute the paneer for 1-2 minutes of each side till nice and golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and lemon and serve smoking hot.
