5) Palak

6) Red chili powder

8) Cream

9) Paneer cubes

10) Butter ( Optional )

Instructions

1) Saute a chopped onion ( Half ) and ginger garlic paste in a tablespoon of oil till the onion becomes translucent.

2) Add ½ teaspoon coriander and chili powder, with salt to taste.

3) Mix the paste and add little water after the tomatoes seem well cooked.

4) Cook on a medium flame till a light sheen of oil is visible on the palak.

5) Slide in the cottage cheese cubes and take it off the flame. Before serving garnish it with a drizzle of fresh cream.
