INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 Eggs
  • 30g Onion
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • Pink Himalayan salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • Sprig of coriander
  • 2 tbsp Ghee

INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Chop green chili and onion on a chopping board.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat.  Now, Add-in ghee to the pan. 
  • When the ghee becomes hot, add in green chili and chopped onions.
  • Season it with pink Himalayan salt according to taste, turmeric, and pepper.
  • Cook the masala for 2-3 minutes till the onion becomes translucent.
  • You can also add low carb vegetables of your choice.
  • When the onion becomes limpid, crack the eggs in the pan and whisk them thoroughly until cooked.
  • Remove the pan from heat and serve the scrambled egg hot.
