  • 6 eggs
  • 7 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

  • Add a teaspoon of butter to a pan and wait until it starts to melt and sizzle.
  • Tear the eggs into a mixing bowl and beat them until they turn a pale yellow color.
  • Now, Whisk the eggs until smooth and slightly froth and pour into a sizzling pan.
  • Blend in half of the shredded cheddar. 
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spill in the egg mixture and let it sit for a few minutes.
  • Lower the heat and continue to cook the batter well.
  • Add the remaining shredded cheese. 
  • Fold and serve immediately.
  • Spice up your creation with chopped veggies, or herbs.

  •  Flip these sides over time. Put the ingredients on the less cooked side
