Dheeraj is a 27-year-old Structural Engineer from Mumbai, Maharashtra. He leads a moderately active lifestyle where he works out for an hour every day.
Things were going pretty fine for him until one day he realized that started noticing his weight had hit a plateau. It was not coming down even after going to the gym every day.
