This inspiring keto journey talks about Akshada Sharma who decided to take a step towards a better and healthier life. Akshada is a 22-year-old Communication & Marketing Graduate from Delhi, India. She leads a lightly active lifestyle because of her work and traveling so she hardly gets any time to workout.

HER LIFESTYLE

For a really long time, she’s been a big foodie and it always has been practically impossible for her to stay away from carbs and junk. This included a large number of Potato Chips and Aerated Drinks. Everything was going pretty fine for her till last year but then starting this year she started to stress eat a lot and not just this she used to think that only hogging food would make her feel better. This pushed her to such an extent where she gained a lot of weight in just a few months. 

She joined our company in September this year and was really amazed to see the transformations of our clients and was surprised to know, how eating fats could make people lose weight. HER JOURNEY

We understood her expectations from the diet and ensured her that provided she sticks to the diet in the right way, achieving her goal was a mere cakewalk. We made sure that all of her requirements and preferences will be taken into consideration throughout the course of this diet and so she finally decided to start his keto journey with us. A personal nutritionist was assigned to her who made sure to keep her motivated and encouraged her to stay on track while on the diet. He ensured to guide her through the diet and helped her follow it in the right manner as well.

She started her keto journey at being 80 kgs and amazingly till now she has lost around 14 kgs which is truly inspiring.
